This policy explains what we collect on dentallabs.buzz, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it. We're a business to business marketing company and this site is meant for dental laboratory owners and operators. It's not meant for patients and it's not meant for children.

We don't collect patient information, health information or payment card numbers on this site. If you become a client, payment details are handled by Stripe and we never see or store your full card number.
We don't sell your information. We don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
If you give us your mobile number and agree to it, we may text you about the enquiry you made or the call you booked. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out and HELP for help. Your opt in to receive texts from us is never shared with anyone else for their marketing, and it's never sold.
This site uses cookies to keep it working and to measure advertising. We use the Meta pixel, which tells Meta that a browser visited this site so we can measure our ads and show them to relevant people. You can control this in your Meta ad settings and in your browser settings. Turning cookies off won't stop you using the site.
Only the companies that run parts of this business for us, and only so they can do that job: our website host, our customer relationship system, our email and text providers, our payment processor, and the advertising platforms we run ads on. We also share information when the law requires it.
Enquiry records are kept for up to three years from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Records we need for accounting or legal reasons are kept as long as the law requires.
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email josh@buzzwordstrategies.com and we'll respond within thirty days. If you're in a state with its own privacy law, you've those rights too and we'll honour them without making you pay for it or treating you differently.
We use encrypted connections, access controls and reputable vendors. No system is perfect, and we'll tell you promptly if something happens that affects your information.
If we change this policy we'll change the date at the top. If the change is significant we'll say so on this page.
