1. Who we are
Buzzword Strategies LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as DentalLabs.BUZZ. Our address is 1603 Capitol Ave, Ste 415 #465784, Cheyenne, WY 82001. You can reach us at josh@buzzwordstrategies.com.
We provide marketing services to dental laboratories and other businesses. This policy explains what information we collect about you, why we collect it, and what we do with it. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean Buzzword Strategies LLC.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details. Your name, business name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
- Business information. Details about your laboratory or company, such as monthly volume, whether you currently advertise, and who makes decisions.
- Form and survey responses. Anything you type into our forms, including Facebook and Instagram instant forms, onboarding forms, and booking forms.
- Agreement information. If you sign an agreement with us electronically, we record your name, title, email address, IP address, browser and device information, and the date and time you viewed and signed the document.
- Payment information. If you become a client, our payment processor collects your card details. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Anything else you send us. Emails, text messages, photos, video, logos, and files you provide.
Information we collect automatically
- IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system.
- Pages you visit on our site, how long you stay, and what you click.
- The website or ad that referred you to us.
- Cookie and pixel identifiers, described in section 6.
Information from other sources
If you respond to one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, Meta provides us the information you submitted in that ad's form. If you book a call, our scheduling system provides the details you entered.
3. How we use it
- To respond to you, answer questions, and schedule and hold calls.
- To provide the services you hired us for, including building and running advertising.
- To send you an agreement, take payment, and keep records of both.
- To send you service messages about your account, campaigns, and leads.
- To send you marketing messages by email and, if you agreed to it, by text. You can stop these at any time.
- To measure and improve our own advertising and website.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and to enforce our agreements.
We rely on your consent where the law requires it, on the performance of our contract with you where you are a client, and on our legitimate interest in running and marketing our business in other cases.
4. SMS and text messaging
This section describes our text messaging program and applies in addition to the rest of this policy. It also serves as our disclosure for A2P 10DLC campaign registration with mobile carriers.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, your text messaging opt-in, or your consent to receive text messages with any third party for that third party's own marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
How you opt in
We only text you if you gave us your mobile number and agreed to receive messages. You can give that consent by checking a box on one of our forms, by submitting a Facebook or Instagram instant form that says we may text you, by texting us first, or by telling us in writing.
Agreeing to receive text messages is never a condition of buying anything from us.
What we send
| Program | What you get | How often |
|---|---|---|
| Conversational | Replies from a real person about your questions, your call, or your account | Varies, only when there is something to say |
| Appointment reminders | Confirmations and reminders for calls you booked | Up to 3 per scheduled call |
| Client service alerts | New lead notifications and account updates, for active clients | Varies with your lead volume |
| Marketing | Offers and updates, only if you opted in to marketing | Up to 4 per month |
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for the messages, but your mobile carrier may. Check your plan if you are unsure.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and then we will stop. You can also email us at josh@buzzwordstrategies.com and ask us to remove your number.
Reply HELP to any message for help, or email us at the address above.
Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of email. If you also want to stop emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email or tell us.
Carriers and delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and your device.
Supported carriers
Our messaging works with major United States carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and their affiliated and reseller networks. Carrier participation can change without notice.
Who handles our messages
We send messages through third party communications platforms acting as our service providers. They process your number only to deliver messages for us and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
7. Advertising and lead forms
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. If you fill out one of our instant forms on those platforms, Meta collects your responses and passes them to us. Meta's own handling of that information is governed by Meta's privacy policy, not this one.
We may show ads to people who have visited our website or engaged with our content. We may also provide advertising platforms with hashed contact information to build or exclude audiences. Hashing turns your details into an unreadable code before it leaves our systems. We never include mobile numbers collected for text messaging in these audiences.
You can control how ads are targeted to you in your Meta ad preferences and your Google ad settings.
8. Services we use
These companies process information on our behalf. Each is bound to use it only for the work they do for us.

All of these providers are located in or process data in the United States.
9. How long we keep it
- Prospect enquiries. Up to 3 years after your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete sooner.
- Client records. For the length of our engagement and 7 years afterward, to meet tax and accounting obligations.
- Signed agreements. 7 years after the agreement ends, including the signing audit record.

10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy.
- Correct information that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your information.
- Object to or limit how we use it.
- Withdraw consent you previously gave, including consent to text messages.
- Not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights.
Email josh@buzzwordstrategies.com and tell us what you want. We will respond within 45 days. We may need to verify who you are first, usually by confirming you control the email address or phone number on file.
11. California residents
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended gives you the rights listed in section 10, plus the right to know the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes we collect it for, and the categories of third parties we disclose it to. Those are described in sections 2, 3, 5, and 8.
We have not sold personal information in the last 12 months, and we do not sell it. We do not knowingly share the personal information of anyone under 16. We may share limited identifiers with advertising platforms for cross context behavioral advertising as described in section 7. You can opt out of that by emailing us or by using a recognized opt out preference signal in your browser.
You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will ask for proof of their authority.
12. Security
We protect your information with encryption in transit, access controls, and private storage for signed documents. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor and never touch our servers.
No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise that nothing will ever go wrong. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
13. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child gave us information, email us and we will delete it.
14. Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will tell you by email or by a notice on this site before it takes effect.
